I have been active in the health and fitness industry in Salem for over 20 years. I take a holistic approach to training and understand that my clients' success depends on a variety of training options and methods that challenge the body and mind. 

It doesn't matter whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, run faster, jump higher, gain flexibility and range of motion, or just feel better, you need to be healthy body-wide.

I provide training for individuals, couples, and groups. I also offer functional fitness classes that blast fat, build muscle, improve endurance, and increase flexibility and range of motion.

My athletic training program maximizes your body's ability to react, jump, and sprint, while developing power, strength, agility, and hand-eye coordination. These are powerful tools to take your game to a higher level.
