Get ready to play pickleball, the fastest growing sport in the US!

Playing any sport requires agility, quickness, reaction time, flexibility, range of motion, and endurance. Improving in these areas allows you to excel at the game, and also reduces the chance of injuries.

I offer group training one day a week to prepare your body to enjoy the game of pickleball. Practice moves and drills with other pickleball players to improve your movement and reaction on the court.

This is not a fitness class--this is athletic training for pickleball players, with fun and effective drills and activities that will make you a better player and athlete! 


All levels of players are welcome.
